Who can use them and what to bring
Residents with an active City of Fort Worth solid waste (sanitation) account can use every service. Bring a copy or photo of your current water utility bill, from within six months, showing the sanitation charges, plus a matching driver's license. Apartment residents can bring only recycling and household hazardous waste, using a driver's license as proof of address. You can't send someone else with your bill. Non-residents and businesses can't use the stations. (City of Fort Worth Drop-Off Stations page)
The city's page doesn't list a per-visit fee for eligible residents. Material that the stations turn away can go to the city's Southeast Landfill at 6288 Salt Road, where the city says fees apply.
